Customer Service Advisors Required

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors working for a global company in Castle Donington, East Midlands Airport.

Role: Customer Service Advisor

Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday (40 Hour Week)

Location: East Midlands Airport (DE74 2TR)

Rate of Pay: £11.25 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing (Temp to Perm)

The site is accessible by the sky link bus service or free car parking is available

Easy access from Derby, Nottingham, Leicester & Loughborough

Once fully trained you will be working from home on a rotating schedule

Role of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email
  • Updating clients with progress of parcels / packages / deliveries - worldwide.
  • Processing information onto an in house data system
  • No cold calling

As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to have:

  • Proven experience of communications via phone and email
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Accurate data inputting skills
  • The ability to monitor and follow enquires through from start to finish
  • Be computer literate
  • Be able to work as part of a team
