Customer Service Advisor (Full Time, Part Time, Split Shifts)

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors in Castle Donington, East Midlands Airport.

Role: Frontline Customer Service Advisor

Location: East Midlands Airport (DE74 2TR)

Rate of Pay: £10.47

Start Date: Throughout September & October

Duration: Ongoing (Temp to Perm)

Choose the shift pattern that suits your life best

Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 Hour Week) Shift patterns as follows:

  • 08:00-17:00
  • 09:00-18:00

Full Time Split Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 Hour Week) Shift patterns as follows:

  • 07:30-10:30 then 15:30-20:00
  • 07:30-11:00 then 16:00-20:00

Part Time Hours: Monday to Friday (20 Hour Week) Shift patterns as follows:

  • 07:30-11:30
  • 08:00-12:00
  • 08:30-12:30
  • 15:30-19:30
  • 16:00-20:00

The site is accessible by the sky link bus service or free car parking is available

Easy access from Derby, Nottingham, Leicester & Loughborough

Once training is completed (3 weeks) this role will be working from home with all equipment provided.

Role of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Dealing with customer's queries
  • Logging customer queries
  • Passing information to relevant departments
  • Some sales activities (upselling etc)
  • Team work
